As you can see from this article PayPal have removed my blog.
Without any warning on July 26 they sent me an email, whose very first sentence was a lie:
‘Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the limitation on your account.’
I hadn’t contacted PayPal.
It said:
‘Please be advised that due to the violation of PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy, your account will remain permanently limited.’
Meaningless verbiage which they refused to clarify. Nathalia let slip the real reason when, responding to my appeal she stated
‘For whatever reason, it has been deemed that there is too much risk associated with your account to allow it to be used any further.’
This is the same ‘risk’ as Palestinians who are refused access to PayPal’s facilities on the West Bank at the same time as Jewish settlers are granted full access.
I rely on the support of SCIP for maintenance, to ward off those who might wish to attack my site and to maintain a mirror site in case Google ever decides to pull the plug.
