Gilad Atzmon’s book ‘The Wandering Who?’ may not match the sales of Mein Kampf, but it is without doubt a poisonous anti-Semitic tome. Atzmon’s politics also represent a threat to Palestine solidarity as they turn the focus away from Israeli settler-colonialism and its US backers onto Jews as individuals.

It is full of conspiracy theories but it has also garnered support from Professors Falk and Mearsheimer. It has also garnered support from the white supremacist, neo-nazi Professor Kevin McDonald who favourably reviews Atzmon’s book.

We, that is J-Big (Jews for Boycotting Israeli Goods) and others, Jewish and non-Jewish) have decided to leaflet Atzmon’s book launch this Monday evening. It is not intended to prevent people attending but to inform people what we think about Atzmon and his politics. Needless to say, whenever he encounters criticism, Atzmon will no doubt cry ‘censorship’.
