An Offer One Cannot Help But Decline!

I had some very strange offers in the past but this beats them all. A group of fundamentalist Christians, in the name of one Faith Swanson, wrote to me inviting me to leave Google’s Blogspot and take up with them!

Naturally I had a look at their web site Christian Web Hosting and the first thing I noticed was that it is provided to ‘people of good Christian faith’. Now I may have been accused of many things in my time, but being of good Christian faith is not one of them!

So I penned a little response pointing out the eternal hypocrisy of these people and declining their offer. I then noticed that they had a clause in their terms and conditions about payment. Since I’ve never been approached on this by Google, the idea of paying for a bunch of Christian lunatics seems a bit off. And reading a bit more closely, I see they reserve the right to change the amount of payment at any time! Clearly they haven’t heard about that man Jesus driving the money lenders from the temple!

Anyway I’ll leave it to the readers of this blog to judge

Subject: Did you know azvsas.blogspot.com is hosted by sinners?

Did you know that when you host with blogspot, wordpress or many other common hosting providers, you are sharing space with drug pushers, satanists, pornographers and those who practice bestiality?

Don’t believe us? See for yourself. Do a quick search and you’ll find hundreds of sites on your host filled with people bragging about they break the commandments and violate evidenceen the most basic standards of decency. These people have no respect for you or your faith. Stop supporting them NOW!

Would you build a school on the same block as a known rapist or drug dealer? Of course not. So why take the chance with your web site? Take your business and go somewhere that you can share the good word with people of good faith.

Take some time to think it over and, when you are ready, come to http://www.hostcovenant.com/. We will help you move your website or blog to a place that does not tolerate drug dealers, satanists, and pornographers.

Make a covenant with yourself and your faith by moving your webhosting to Covenant Web Hosting.

Thank you and God bless!

So I should be hosted by a bunch of fundamentalist Christians who supported the Iraq war, genocide in Central and South America, whose Southern Baptist President John Hagee thinks Hitler was god’s messenger? I note that little things like poverty and hunger, capitalist and exploitation, don’t seem to trouble you. Just drug pusher, satanists (!) and pornographers. I note that Fox News is owned by Rupert Murdoch, owner of Britain’s biggest pornographic newspaper the Sun.

Err, no thanks
