The Boycott of Israel continues to grow as there is a growing acceptance that Zionist Apartheid is, if anything worse than its South African variant. I am please to say that Brighton has led the way with an action in the local Waitrose supermarket by the local Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

Waitrose is one of the worst offenders and it sells a lot of Israeli produce. Last year it was importing potatoes from Israel to sell in Britain!

Nationally it has been spearheaded by the BDS Committee, despite the attempt by PSC nationally to reign it in. It is one of the things that came out of their weekend at the Wooler Youth Hostel in Northumberland (which no PSC Exec members managed to attend!)
